A television pilot for Canadian broadcaster APTN. The series follows the career comeback of a First Nations kickboxing champion who struggles to manage his diabetes and his relationship.
Starring Nathaniel Arcand and Stephany Mathias.
This project integrated 20 local Indigenous youth with the production team as a work experience opportunity. A version of the film was also translated and dubbed in the local language of the Sto:lo Nation. (Halq’emeylem)
